Assuming that 20 lb loss is a realistic target for you then...
Plug your stats into MFP and set a weight loss rate - to hit your target you'll need a 2lb loss per week (note that this rate of loss is very difficult to sustain if you're already lean).
Do not exclude any food groups but rather eat the foods you enjoy in a balanced diet that hits your calories target each day.
If you feel like it you can add in exercise to help with the deficit or (with strength exercise) to preserve muscle during your diet.1 -

the ten day green smoothie cleanse (its a book) will get the first 8-10 off in a few weeks.. after that incorporating whole foods into ur way of life and less starches along with a caloric deficit and more physical activity will take care of the rest.. good luck8 -

Please dont think you need to cleanse anything to lose weight. Your body does it for you via your kidneys and liver!2
