    But only 3 days a week prob at max! anymore and you start running into more aerobic and fat burning areas!

    You can really get your heart rate up lifting weights that's for sure.

    You look great! Wow! I sure could use having a friend on my list who is into the weights as opposed to weight loss since I am trying to get my mind back to a place of wanting to be lean and strong rather than thin and light (on/off ED thinking issues) Hope you might add me. That is me in my profile picture from when I was focused on being lean and strong when here 3 yrs ago.
