weight loss comes from a calorie deficit - not any specific workout. you can exercise to increase your deficit (and for good health), but do what you like exercise wise.1

Hello HelloKitty! From experience... the best workout routines are those that you can do and will do consistently. You'll find 100 different answers here... but the right one is the one that works for you and that you'll keep doing. Commit yourself to something that you can do daily for 20 minutes at a time... whether that is walking, jogging, cycling, running, or aerobics... and build from there. You've got this!0

@hellokitty246, there are plenty of workout routines online to assist you. In case you aren't aware of this, 80% of your weight loss will come from your eating habbit (diet) and 20% from exercise. So focus on tracking what you eat via MFP and journal your exercise routines. Here are some website that offers less complicated exercise routines and even show you how to do it. You can even checkout videos on youtube on how to do an exercise correctly. Feel free to add me if you like or message me if you have any questions about a particular exercise. Good luck!

Weight loss comes from calorie deficit. It's far easier to achieve that by watching your calorie intake. Exercise can help, but it's not generally a huge calorie burner. Over eating is so easy to do.
Find exercise you like, so that you will want to take care of your body always. Since you didn't give specifics, I would start with YouTube workouts. Try lots of things. My favorite channel is Jessica Smith TV. She's very motivating and has lots of variety.

@hellokitty246 weightloss can be achieved by eating at a calorie deficit
As for exercises, they aid with weightloss and improve muscles. Some you can do are high intensity interval training, pilates, yoga are some exercises you can do before and after work. They don't have to be 1 hour long - you're in charge of how long you decide to work out after all. A lot of people have different ideas and opinions on how to exercise so it really comes down to personal preference.
And simply walking will work too if you've never really worked out before, some people like to get their 10k steps --- but most importantly do what you're capable of doing at your level of fitness and gradually build up to more vigorous workouts when you are able to good luck!0 -
Don't do high intensity interval training. Walking is a good way to get started. Riding a bike and swimming are fun activities especially in the summer.0
