Hello again!
I have currently begin to lower my calorie count to 2200. I drink mostly water and occasionally sweet tea. I started the month June weighting in at 227, but I could never get pass that. This week though I have seen a weight jump to 232. We usually eat medium lunch and a light dinner. I am active, and at least get 2 hours of physical active in a day.

I am not sure what your question is. If you are eating 2,200 calories and gaining then you are eating above your bodies needs. Are you counting your sweet tea in that 2,200?

What does MFP give you for a calorie goal? What stats did you enter? Do you use a food scale to weigh everything, and log everything into your food diary, no cheating, skipping or forgetting?

I count everything. I weighted this morning at about 332.5 but we also ate Chic Fl A. We dont eat out alot. I just dont see how I gain the weight even days I do not go over my count.

MFP gives me 2210. We do not have a weight scale. I mostly eat lean turkey and chicken. We have been eating off the grill more often also.

If you aren't measuring your food with a scale (which I think is what you're saying), then it's likely you are eating more than you think you are. That's what is causing this issue.

A food scale is about $20 at Walmart or Target. Get one. You'll be amazed and astounded.

    Honestly - get a scale.

Here are a bunch of inexpensive ones

I bought this one because the display pulls out so I can put large plates and bowls on it.
OXO Good Grips 5-Pound Food Scale with Pull-Out Display, Black about 32 $ US.

I've had it over three years now with no issues.

Chick-Fil-A was likely sodium that bumped up your water retention the next day.

Weight loss isn't linear. If you are in a calorie deficit over time, you'll lose weight over time. Weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. Many people use a program to see weight trend over time such as Libra for Android. Think of each day as a data point and look at what happens over months rather than day-to-day.

Here's a 3-month time frame for me where I was at or below my calorie goal every day:

Subjective terms. As others have mentioned, get a scale. You can gain weight on what is perceived as"healthy" food just as you can on what is perceived as "unhealthy." I would suspect though since you ate out, it might be water retention from increase in salt. I fluctuate 5 pounds on a regular basis. Doesn't mean that you actually ate enough to gain 5 pounds. For an actual increase of 5 pounds you would have had to consume an excess of 17500 calories above maintenance. Not impossible, but probably not what happend.

You won't lose weight if your calorie intake is higher than the amount of calories your body uses. That's why they say that weight is lost in the kitchen rather than the gym. If you exercise a lot but then out-eat your exercise, you'll gain weight rather than lose.

Your 2 hours of physical activity sounds like a good place to be. I lost 130+ pounds with no planned exercise.

I just bought a scale this week. What an eye opener! I was underestimating some foods and overestimating others. I log my exercise, and only eat back 50% to 80% as a buffer. I'm slowly slowly losing some pounds!
