How to use my fitness pal handouts

Does anyone have any handouts of how to use my fitness pal, such as how to enter food, remembering to include what you drink, condiments, paying attention to portion size, etc?

I work as a dietitian and frequently recommend this app to patients. While it is pretty easy to use, I think some of patients would appreciate a handout when they are first getting started. I could make my own, but if there are any out there floating around it would save me having to reinvent the wheel.

    This. Maybe cut and paste from the stickies, and create your own (while crediting the member, of course).
