Hello all, looking to connect with some people who are veterans of clean eating and help support and motivate me during my journey. I'm currently pregnant, about to have a baby any day and want to bounce back as quick as possible. I'm 155 at the moment which Is only 20 pounds from my pre pregnancy weight and I'd like to get down to 120-125. As long as everything goes smoothly, I will be breastfeeding which will require more calories but more than likely will easily put me in a deficit daily although I'm not sure how to account for that on myfitnesspal. Thanks in advance, looking forward to chatting!

Welcome and congrats on the baby.
Be sure to give yourself time after the baby comes. Many people create a ~500 calorie exercise called breastfeeding and eat back those exercise calories. Some people set to maintain and have their breastfeeding be their deficit.
I suggest eating enough and establishing supply first. Then spend a few weeks tracking what you eat to see what you are eating, then deciding on a small deficit. You don't want to lose your supply. It's a total *kitten* to get back. Maybe bring up a deficit at your 6 week checkup, though you may need more time than that.0
