    0.2/G is very hard I've found for the cut. I've upped it to 0.22/G with an overall deficit of 20% TDEE. I'm seeing very good results for now but if they plateau I'll drop to 0.2/G and 25% deficit.

    Mike Matthews has completely turned things round for me as a 44/M doing BLS. Don't follow specific workouts I just hit the compound free weights hard for failure at 6 reps with 15-20 mins circuit training(kettlebells etc/HIIT) each time, keep my macros on point every day - and I'm crushing it.
