Let's get down to business

Ok so I have been really set off these past few months. I'm getting everything ready to move and try to not spend alot of money on food and it's stressing me out so IV been eating junk.... To top that all off I lost all motivation to take care of my body. I thought I was in the clear until I stepped on the scale yesterday and holy moly I can't believe how much weight IV gained.... I'm looking for some friends that can help motivate me as I will do for them. So add me and let's get started in helping each other out. Also any tips on lower stress of moving and helping to get back into the flow of things is appreciated. :)

what is all this about defiting guns? lol Anyway, moving is a chore, there I said it. Is the most annoying thing in the world to pack your things, put them in a box and unpack them. I hate moving in case you cannot tell. But with moving comes exercise, you could use the boxes as weights to do some lounges, moving couches, heavy furniture as cardio, after all your body is working. Remember to lift properly with your legs though. Yes moving is a chore but is a great opportunity to lose weight and it will keep you positive. Also, I tend to drink tea, I like camomille, honey vanilla tea. I take 15-30 minutes every day to just sit with my tea and relax. It really helps me out when I am overwhelmed with work and school.

Also, sorry for the spelling. I am "working" supposedly but here I am. So, I am trying not to get caught. LOL. No worries, I finished my work already I am just waiting for my supervisor to close the books.
