Help!

I have a bit of a dilemma here.
Okay, I am on a Low Carb High Fat /Ketogenic diet..however, I am also nursing my 3 month old..so that means I cannot allow my body to enter Ketosis, which is a very important factor in a Ketogenic diet to lose weight. I am not supposed to have any carbs or sugar but I need some to keep me out of ketosis and to give adequate nutrients to my little one. I can either stop nursing, or stop my diet and neither one are going to happen. I need advice!! Please & Thank you!!
