What is "awhile"?
Have you lost any weight at all over the course of your last menstrual cycle or 6-8 weeks if you do not have a period?
How much are you eating? How active are you?1 -
I don't have a cycle. I eat about 1220 calories. I'm a stay at home mom so my exercise varies lol0

A while is almost a month0

Are you using a food scale to measure all solids?1

You're 5'9, 166 lbs. I'm 5'9, 168 lbs.
There's no way I could get as low as 130 lbs, but maybe you're built different.
I suspect you're close to what should be your goal weight. You're going to have to be EXACT in your weighing and logging, and be patient.
It's taken me since January 1st to lose 11 pounds. My GW is 158.4 -

I was thinking that might be it. I have love handles I want to lose and weight in my thighs though. Ok I Will!

Then I second opening your diary up for others to take a look. Something isn't right somewhere.quiksylver296 wrote: »You're 5'9, 166 lbs. I'm 5'9, 168 lbs.

Also, this. But I'm going to venture to say something in your logging isn't accurate. I'm 5'9", weigh 156, and still lose on 1600 calories a day. At about 1200 calories, you shouldn't be stalling. So something is likely to be inaccurate somewhere or there's an underlying medical condition, which is the lesser possibility of the two.

Oh, yeah. I'm losing on 1700-1900 calories per day (I'm very active). Even if you are completely sedentary, @Rivvvy, I still suspect you have logging inaccuracies.
Do you exercise? Do you eat back exercise calories? If you do, do you eat all of them or a percentage?0 -

Well truth is I use another app called mynetdiary to log in my nutrition and use myfitnesspal for the discussions. I know I know. Please go easy on me. Maybe I should just start using myfitnesspal only?
I'm so confused on my why both my apps would put me at 1220...0 -

That makes it difficult to help diagnose whatever you may need to fix. The best I can do at this point is to give you the chart. Read through it and fix anything you aren't doing currently.

One other thought...
You say you don't have a cycle. Is that birth control induced?
Even if you aren't menstruating, hormones and water weight can mask weight loss by up to 2 weeks for some women.4 -
How long has it been since you've seen a change? As others are saying, don't feel like you need to change anything unless it's been 6-8 weeks. Have you tried using a weight trend app? I use Happy Scale.
Are you logging your condiments? Even something like olive oil to coat a pan for cooking, which you might not typically think of?
Regarding your calories ... your TDEE is probably somewhere roughly between 1700-1900. Losing at a rate of 1 lb/week would put you at 1200-1400 cal per day. That's where 1220 is coming from. That being said, if you find yourself hungry all the time, or tired, or otherwise not feeling well - 0.5 lb/week might be better for you. 1220 seems a tad low for someone of your height - usually it's really petite people who have the most success with 1200. But everyone is different!0 -

If you're using a different tool to log, it's going to be harder for us to help you. Do they have forums where you could ask this question?0
