'off day'

Does anyone else have an off day where you eat more than your 'calorie goal' and still lose weight that week?
or do you then make up for it another day? how do you balance it?

Unless you have a small loss goal per week or massively overeat, it's likely that while you're overeating you're still in a deficit. And it depends on how much I go over...100-200 calories, I just take some off the next few days or plan ahead if I know a calorie-loaded day is coming. More? I just move on.1

You can follow a weekly goal on the app (1200x7=8400 calories in your case). But I would suggest not cutting too much off if you're already at 1200.3 -

I just try and balance it out the next day I went over yesterday so I'm going to make sure I burn that off today. Maybe it doesn't work like that but it seems to be working so far2

if its working for you then great! that makes me feel better about going over my cals yesterday! i didnt realise you could actually do it as a weeks calorie goal..i just hoped you could0
