Anyone have any motivational tv shows or movies they watch?

I've got about a million motivating reasons to lose weight. I've also "started over" about a million times. It's a long weekend and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on tv shows or movies they find inspirational. They don't necessarily have to be weight loss based but anything that will help to light a fire! Thanks!

One that motivated me a while back was a PBS show. It had Dr. Furham.
Google: Dr. Furham PBS Video. Look for the 1+ hour video.0 -
Thanks, I'll check it out!0

"Extreme weight loss" is a really good show!4

Honestly, having a look around the Gym (for me it's our YMCA) you see a huge variety of people... from all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. Once I saw a woman with seizure disorder working out on the weight machines with someone sitting at a nearby table to keep an eye on her. She had an on-the-floor, several minutes long seizure (the person with her calmly sat on the floor and assisted) and then got right up and started pumping again. She's a regular I see fairly often.
Another time I saw an old man with a walker make his way to the leg machines and get on and start pumping.
When you see things like that... all whiny, demotivational self-talk in your head goes silent FAST. You don't need TV to see it. People are doing amazing stuff all around us.9 -

Skip TV and take that time to walk and get fresh air.2

I really like Terri Saville Foy on YouTube she gives life talks and guidance. Hope inducing and she's like a best friend on YouTube. (She's a Christian). Her talks are very practical. I'm not religious but I find her videos inspirational.0

"Fit to fat to fit". Great show.0

Most of those "PBS doctors" (Fuhrman, Hyman, Perlmutter, Amen).
Also, climbing movies, particularly, "Touching the Void".0 -
Vikings.
Because I've always wanted to be a shield maiden.
I'm more motivated by shows about strength and bravery than weightloss.2 -
Seconding extreme makeover weight loss edition, I find it's the most 'real' reality tv show about the highs and lows of losing weight0

The new Wonder Woman movie was my motivation to look like a Greek God.3
