So I've hit my low weight, again. I get stuck at it ever time I try to lose weight. Luckily I now have enough control to not bounce up too high in wieght, but I never seem to be able to break through this sticking point. It's totally a mind game and comes down to adherence. Any one have advice for pushing through? I'm just don't want to keep repeating this pattern.

The time I thought I had to do something to get past a number while attempting to lose weight, here's what I did: I increased my water consumption and increased my cardio workout for a week.

This was doubling the time at cardio and doubling the number of cardio days in the week. This was doubling my normal water intake. It was a week, and it seemed to work. That was 20 lb ago. My most recent low weight was last Sunday and I'm still 3 lb above it. I'm not yet convinced it's time to try my method again.
