Ingredients:
-Al Dente Pasta™ Whole Wheat Pasta Blend plus Flax Fettuccine( This is the lowest calorie Pasta I could find, highly recommend)
-Kroger Brand 6oz Italian Style Tomato Paste
-Kroger Brand 8 oz tomato sauce 1 cup Roma or cherry tomatoes
-2 garlic cloves
-100 g of onion
-2 to 3 cups of water
-1 tsp oregano
-salt and pepper to taste
-any additional spices of choice

Instructions:
Put 1/2 of the bag of pasta to boil for 5-8 minutes. Meanwhile put all of the other ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend for 2 minutes. You can add more spices depending on taste.
Side note: It might taste a little funky when you taste it , but it's because the tomato hasn't been cooked yet. It will taste normal once it goes onto the stovetop.
Then turn on the stove to high and add half a tbsp of vegetable or olive oil and add the sauce and about 1-2 cups of water depending on how thick you want your sauce.
Once the pasta had been fully cooked and drained, you can choose to either mix it in with the sauce or put the sauce on top of the noodles. I have found this recipe makes about 7 or 8 servings and can last a few days in the refrigerator . I usually eat this pasta with 1-2 cups of broccoli and 4 oz of grilled chicken.
Enjoy !1
