Going to explore more of the plant proteins that are available. If anyone could suggest any that would be much appreciated as there could be some I don't know about

Pea protein is the other one that comes to mind. I assume you bought hemp seeds, which are easy to add to oatmeal or sprinkled over cooked veggies. Others may have suggestions but at our house pea protein is pretty much just included in shakes. I also recently discovered Genuine Health fermented vegan proteins+ bars. I've only tried the lemon coconut bars so far and love them.1

Thank you. I might invest in some pea protein which means I can include that along with hemp seeds & spirulina etc. I'm aiming to cut back on eggs and I'm cutting dairy out as it doesn't agree.0

We have tofu here once a week or so, and occasionally seitan. And of course beans/lentils.1

Tofu In moderation sounds good as well. I've never heard of Seitan before. Thank you0
