right now i am not working out, i do nothing with sports. But maybe i want to start yoga, because it seems so chill.

Does anyone has experience with yoga and give me some tips to start?

You can find a ton of yoga online - search on youtube. I find that whether I enjoy yoga or not (as a beginner) has a lot to do with the instructor. You have to find a vibe you like.
I always enjoyed Namaste Yoga https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPS7DgLMH83TI7d3ksIgXKQ
Yoga with Adrienne is cool too. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFKE7WVJfvaHW5q283SxchA
Just find a flow that works for you and keep at it.

I also like yoga with Adrienne. I started with some 20 min Caribbean workouts (Shelly McDonald) Yoga "stretch into yoga" and "yoga for the core" they might be available online. Search YouTube...Tim Senesi is also good.

I would suggest you take some group classes with a live instructor.
They will offer modifications & can help you make adjustments to do it correctly, minimizing risk of injury & maximizing results. Plus, I work harder in a class than when I practiced at home. Something about doing the same thing as other people at the same time is cool to me! Kind of a primal thing, idk

    Yoga makes you chill.
Yoga, however, is not chill. It's tough.
Especially, if you really want to do it right.

The balance and joint benefits are astronomical.
And you gain strength in unique places.

I would start off with youtube videos

I'm agreeing with @CTcutie. If you can find a class with an instructor that you like.
I do Iyengar yoga and could never have got the correct positioning by watching YouTube.

    Cheers, h.
