Calorie Counts - Microwave versus Roasting, and Other Methods

I rely on USDA heavily but their choices only include raw, stewed, roasted. I often microwave, and I wonder if there is any significant difference between microwaving and roasting. For example, I have a recipe where I actually microwave some of the dark thigh meat of a chicken. Per USDA,100 grams raw equals 121 calories; 100 grams roasted 179 calories; and 100 grams stewed 195. Microwaving really shrinks and makes food more dense, so I would assume more calories.
As a rule, I generally measure in raw state. But as I said, for several recipes, I need to measure cooked. Thanks for anyone's guidance and input.

For recipes, I'd weigh all ingredients raw and enter raw weights in to the recipe builder, cook it, reweigh, and judge servings based on cooked weight - is that a possibility for you?2
