My name is Jane and I am from Saskatoon area in Saskatchewan...My weight loss journey began yesterday. I had my app'ts with my surgeon and RN and dietician for pre op diets... or New living lifestyle. Help me along and I'll help you too :) I am excited to be here...a bit nervous too

    Don't be nervous. Learn to log your food accurately, honestly, and truthfully, and you'll be fine.
