I went to Qdoba for lunch with the family and got a vegetarian burrito. On the menu it said the burrito can be between 230-600 calories, but I added the calories from the ingredients I had and it was in the 800 range. Although I'm not exactly sure if my calculations may have a mistake. I had a flour tortilla with brown rice, black beans, red salsa, guacamole, and shredded cheese. Should I try to find a vegetarian burrito of MFP close to what I ordered or trust my calculations?

Either way. Since the servers vary in their proportions and it's not weighed by grams, it's not exactly 100% accurate anyways0

trust your calculations. i've been eating almost an identical burrito from qdoba and chipotle for years and that's just around what i get for mine too.
edit to be clear: the burrito should be around 800 calories.
It's about 900 calories if i get the three tacos from chipotle with the same ingredients instead of the big burrito (or 300 a piece).0 -
It's the cheese! Read the fine print on the calculations. They may be calculating based on no mayo, no butter, and no cheese.0
