A long time ago I lost a lot of weight. Then I gained it back. Then I lost it again. Then I gained it back again. Then... well you know. So I'm back on the down part of the rollercoaster again. (I hope). Just starting back with a lot to lose. Trying to find the secret to getting off the rollercoaster and just living normally.
