Hello All,

Well I'm Paul, and I used to be in pretty good shape. Not 6-packs, washboards and guns for days, or anything like that, just a body I was quite happy with.

Then I got into a long term relationship ... Don't get me wrong, I'm VERY HAPPY AND CONTENT with my LTR, but happy and content meant I gradually stopped going to the gym, and started cosy nights of sofa, Netflix and takeaway food, meals out, and 3 1/2 extra stone (42lbs) which now needs to bugger off!

So here I am. I've rejoined the gym, bought an activity bracelet thing, and am ready to begin the journey.

Please add me though, if you wouldn't mind. I'm rubbish doing this alone and support, motivation and people to have a bloody good moan to would really help.

Just to let you know, my other half, who's done the exact same activities, snacks and meals as me, hasn't gained so much as a bloody pound!!!

Not fair, is it ..
