im at 7.8 miles walking. just updating for my own good. i know its not necessary and im sure no one could care less. just saying. so i can keep track.

I'm upto 30miles - 14miles cycling (today), 16miles(sunday, tuesday) running and due another 14miles cycling on return journey tonight (hopefully upto 44miles)0

8/6 +6.75 miles = 20 total miles
8/8 +5.75 miles = 25.75 total miles
I am traveling for the next 10 days so I'll be reduced to a dreadmill going to try to keep my mileage up anyways since I have my first half marathon in 5 weeks!0 -
