Does anyone else struggle with this or similar condition? I currently teach water fitness classes so that I can get quality exercise without risk of overheating (plus, I love to swim). I would like to do more strength training, but am hesitant due to past experiences of heatstroke! Suggestions welcome....

workout at home in a climate/pace you can control? maybe take extreme heat precautions as you would in a heatwave but in normal climate.
Ice drinks and fans?
Sorry i have no experience of the condition. It was an interesting read though!0 -
I swear that I took all of my standard precations today before leaving the house...I started the car so the AC was blasting, I took along iced water, dressed in light colors, etc...by the time I got the groceries in & returned the cooler to the car, I had a pounding headache again!! Summer break is awesome, but I am not designed for the heat & humidity of the Midwest!0
