Stubborn belly fat?

What methods have y'all used to get rid of stubborn belly fat? My weight itself is not a problem, but my stomach is pudgy and won't back down.
Also, does anyone else have a .. super flexible tummy? It seems like if I want to wear a crop top or something I just need to not eat while wearing it, because when I eat my stomach visably extends. My perfectly skinny friends eat as much as I do and don't look any different than before the meal, but I do. Thoughts?

You cannot lose fat in a target area. You can't. When your body burns fat as energy, it does so from everywhere. Hence, while I am losing belly fat, leg fat and arm fat....my breasts also shrank, not my choice especially since bras are freaking expensive!!!!. Now, to get a flatter stomach, do back workouts. Seriously, a stronger back will force you to stand more upright and make it appear as if you have a smaller waist. Also, there's an old school bodybuilder technique to help develop a smaller waist. We're talking old school, not these modern bloated belly bodybuilders. It's called a "Vacuum pose". Basically you flex your back and chest as hard as you can while sucking your gut in as hard as possible and holding it for 30 seconds at a time. Do that 5 times in a row several times a day.1

I don't know why this doesn't happen to everybody. I often look 3-4mths pregnant after a meal and even further along by the end of the day.. Especially after a high fibre meal, thankfully my belly is back down to normal by the next morning.
