Can I split it up?

I find myself not able to do more than 25-30 minutes of cardio at a time. If I want to do more can I split it up? Say 2 30 minute rides instead of 1 hour long ride? Will I lose any of the effectiveness? Thanx for any replies

Yes you can.
Although I'd encourage you to incorporate some resistance work into your routine rather than a full hour of cardio.0 -
Actually I do, I have been using the total gym from the beginning and just started lifting free weights as well. I just hit a plateau though and thought I would increase my cardio to try to break it but I can't seem to do more than 30 min rides as my legs are screaming at the end lol.0
