I did crew when I was younger but yada yada yada now I'm fat. Want to incorporate some erg time into my fitness routine until i fit back into a shell, but had a few questions. Is there a strava equivalent for a concept2? Also I assume there are apps now? These were not so much a thing when I was rowing. Any favorites? Personally I find stuff like data/streaks/trends/visualizations really motivating. More so than social features, anyways. Also, any advice on form now that there's more stomach in my way?

    C2 has a really good online log. If you use a C2 with a PM5, you can connect your smartphone via Bluetooth with the ErgData app, then sync that up to the log.

    About form, don't come forward as much at the catch if your belly gets in the way. Don't round your back or let your legs fall sideways.
