Hello all, I'm Adam and I'm restarting tracking to keep my diet in check while I start losing weight. So far I've had pretty decent success- 1.5lbsish a week- doing it alone, and I want to see what we can accomplish as a friendly but competitive community.

Anyone and everyone can add me :) let's lose this.

    Hi, tried this several times but keep losing track and giving up . Lost a bit of weight little while ago but it's creeping back on . Would like to add you if that's okay but don't know how?
