Should I be too concerned when I go over my fat grams if I'm eating healthy fats?

No, as long as you are under total calories1

Nope, Healthy fats are good, your body needs them to function. Many people think eating fat makes you fat, but as long as you stick to your calorie goal, you're all good5

It doesn't matter how you partition your macros and tbh fat is probably the best macro you can be over on next to protein. I had 120g today but still under my calories and I'm normally around 60g. I am sparing 0 kittens3

Fats are the most calorific macronutrient so i guess the concern would be eating too many total calories or lacking in other macros (like protein). If you aren't running into either of those problems, it isn't a concern.2
