Next 30 pounds

The next 30 pounds are such a mind screw for me. It's always where I give up, lose steam, have a mental block. Whatever you want to call it. I have now lost the first 30 pounds out of the 130 total I started with to lose probably 4-5 times. I'm actually pretty nervous I'm going to fail again. Here's to making it stick this time and pass it up into the 280's and jump over this hurdle. If anyone has any tips that'd be great.

take it day by day and if necessary, meal by meal. I have a similar issue and I find myself starting to self-sabotaging. After a day, you'll be able to say, "okay, I did this for a day, let's go for two!" and just persevere. And none of us is perfect, so consider practice resiliency. Lastly - continue asking for support!0
