Just looking for pictures , and anything else you want to share. I started the year at 192 lbs and am now 169 for a loss of 23 lbs and feel a lot better.
The BMI chart said I should weigh 154 which means losing another 15 lbs so I " guess " that is about right but it says at 155 I would still be overweight , What ????? LOL

I'm 1m74 (5 ft 8.5), started at 94.7 kg (209 lbs) last december and I am now about 77.5 kg (171 lbs).
I'm 2.5 kg (5 lbs) away from a normal BMI.
