I've never seen nutritional info only in percentages... You'd have to know the total calories, then work out 30%, and divide by 4.

Can you post a picture of this? i've never ever seen this before.

anyways, look at the total cals, divide by 100. multiply by 30. then divide by 4.

Wow, wtf. I'm on my phone but do those ad up to 100%? I can't tell if it's saying percent based on 2,000 calories or percent of calories in that product.

    Anyone else?

I think they stuffed that one up...
The % says it's based on daily values... Which doesn't relate to calories of a serve. It also says 2.2 calories from fat, which doesn't relate to 2.7% of 95 calories.

And no... @rainbowbow I don't think they add up to 100%!

Yeah, there is a labeling issue. The amounts listed are not % of daily value and do not add up. Neither do the calories if calculated as % of calories add up. Even tried it by % of weight, still not even close. The calories look misleading too. I have never seen bread with less than 2 calories per gram. I think your safest best is to just log it by weight as bran bread or something.
