Hey everyone. I have been a myfitnesspal member for quite some time now, but with a on again off again type approach. I have still had what I believe to be good success though, by pop song close to 80lbs. I still have a higher than I'd like body fat percentage though, and could use the tips, encoiragement, and advice from others on my diet to get the results I am looking for. Feel free to add, and to give advice on my diet! Thanks in advance!
