Hi, my name is Emily, and I am looking forward to loosing 25-30 pounds. I gained weight in graduate school, and I think overall, my metobolism is not what it used to be now that I'm in my late 20's, and I need to adjust to that "grown up diet."
My husband and I are going to Ireland and Iceland in September, and I really don't want to be that chubby American overseas.

I am the definition of what you eat matters more than working out. I spin regularly, I just starting boxing, and I ran a half marathon in May. I honestly don't think I eat that badly, and do try to eat real foods over processed crap. However, the scale says different, and I am looking forward to learning where my mishaps are, and changing what I can to have the body that's reflective of who I actually am.

Good luck on your goal. One tip I have is, working out with friends you lose weight faster. Coming from a U.S Army I try to stay healthy and in shape. Also do not rush weight loss. You want to lose it the healthy way :)
