Anyone any good recipes for high protein, low sugar 'sweet' snacks? Maybe using stevia instead?
Preferably without adding protein powder...thanks!!

Siggi yogurt is 12g protein, 11g carbs, 4.5g fat - the vanilla has a sweet but slight bite to it

A friend who lost 100 lbs swears by "ricotta creme" for dessert -- you take a dollop of full-fat ricotta cheese, add some Splenda and some flavoring (such as a few drops of vanilla extract, lemon extract, unsweetened cocoa powder, cinnamon, whatever). Tastes like cannoli filling, it's really good!

I add a Nature Valley product which is their oat-based granola in granular form to my yogurt. The particular one I choose has dark chocolate, but there are others. It adds a little crunch, a little fiber, and a little more protein.

I eat plain Greek yogurt with protein powder, chocolate chips, and a little soy milk, sweetened with whatever sweetener you prefer (or not, if your protein powder is sweet enough). You can sub out the chocolate chips with whatever other sweet/crunchy thing you prefer. The way I prepare it gets me about 36 grams of protein for 300 calories. You can also use PB2 if you prefer no protein powder.
