Cut carbs to 20 for a month. keep sugar as low as possible. Then bump up carbs to 35. Atkins had the healthy eating down to a science. This site is such a valuable tool. GL everyone.

Why would I want to do that? Do you mean grams or percent? What is "healthy"?
This site is a very valuable tool, it let's me eat whatever food I like in whatever quantities I like, according to what I think is "healthy", and still achieve my goals, as long as I stick to my calorie goal.0 -
