Has anyone tried making their own Questesque bars? I can only get hold of the vitafibre in powder form, and it is hard to find recipes using the powder as most use the syrup, so i will have to add water to the powder to create the syrup.
I am going to use this recipe which seems deceptively simple.

I have! IT's pretty easy -- basically you just microwave the syrup and knead everything together after it's nice and warm. I used a silicone baking mat to knead it instead of a plastic bag since I found that it sticks less. I wrap the bars in clingfilm after they're done and keep them in an airtight food storage container to keep them fresh.
If you can't find the Vitafiber syrup, there's another company called Fiberyum that makes a similar product. I usually buy whichever is cheaper on Amazon at any given time.2
