Making a Comeback

Hi all, I very successfully utilized MFP about 2 or 3 years ago. Unfortunately, I experienced a few health challenges and they kind of set back my progress. I am eager and committed to getting back on track and found that I loved sharing my experience and those of my MFP friends, during my last round.

Historically and currently, I have been and am a very fitness minded person. I usually aim for 5-7 hours of high intensity exercise every week. Because of my injuries, I have had to adapt/ reorganize and relearn how to make exercise compatible with my current injuries.

Where I need help and accountability, though, is with my intake and food selection. I love being tall--I am 5ft 10inches--however, it is so easy to become complacent when hiding 10-15 pounds is fairly easily camouflaged by the height!

I enjoy reading stories about others' successes and look forward to making some new fitness friends. Best to you, all.
