Ive been going weighting daily and i lose 0.2-0.7 kg per day for the past 5 days now (start of my diet).
Yesterday i did 1:30 hr of cardio and i stayed within my calorie allowance for the day and still did not lose even 0.1 kg, and this always used to happen with me when i diet and exercise in the past i just don't lose any weight!

Because initially when we workout more than we usually do or do a new/different workout our muscles hold onto water for repair. Its temporary and will be gone within a few days.
Exercise is a good habit to get into imo - its good for heart health, muscle strength, mental health as well as burning extra calories.
Eat consistently at calorie deficit, exercise will help create/increase that deficit and weight loss will follow.5 -
Because that's not how the human body works, I'm afraid.
5 days is too soon to make a judgement about anything to do with weight as your body weight naturally fluctuates anyway. I would imagine that the dramatic weight loss you experienced at the start was water weight dropping due to the new diet.
If weighing daily you are best off using a trend weight app (libra, happyscale or trendweight depending on your platform) and following the trend over time.
Ensure you are in a consistent calorie deficit, as accurately as you possibly can and have some patience.5 -
Weight loss is not a fast process. 5 days is not nearly enough time to assess anything, and weight loss is not linear. As mentioned above, water retention from new exercise routines can also mask weight loss. Hormones from ToM, salty foods...many things affect daily weight fluctuations. The initial losses were likely mostly water weight.
The other possibility is that the more calories you burn, the more fuel (calories) your body needs. I know when I used to do lots of cardio, I'd be hungry A LOT. Could be that you were eating more than you realized.
ETA: just realized I misread the OP, changed my response a bit.5 -
Weight loss isn't linear, 5 days isn't long enough, you need to look at your trends on a month by month basis, chances are some of that initial loss is water weight which you will have regained by exercising as your body retains water for muscle repair (totally natural and healthy). Don't get hung up on daily weigh ins otherwise you'll beat yourself up every time you haven't had a bowel movement, I weigh daily but just for data and take the figures with a grain of salt, it's the downward trend over several weeks you need to look at. Good luck3
