Back at it a year later

Hello everyone!!

I'm logging back in to hopefully hold myself more accountable and find motivation again! I was part of this great community over a year ago, training for a half marathon, and at the healthiest I have ever been! I was at 130 lbs!

A year later I'm at 160ish and I feel AWFUL about myself again. During grad school, I fell into the habit of picking up whatever was quick for dinner and napping instead of working out if I had the time. I attempted to train for and run a half marathon about a month ago and I quit at mile 5. That was discouraging in itself, but when I look at pictures from a year later my heart breaks a little bit!

Any help or accountability would be great!
