Back in February 2016, I started counting calories and eating the best food I could find. I started exercising every day and felt the best I ever felt in my life.

This only lasted a month before I got out of the habit.

Recently, I gained a bit of weight and have decided that it's time to lose it. Looking to shed about twenty pounds and definitely need some motivation to keep this going! Any 20 somethings in the same boat as me? Feel free to add me!

    I'm 27 and looking to lose (for the 1000th time) about 30lbs as well as adopt a healthy lifestyle that I don't want to procrastinate myself out of:)
