Work/sleep weird hours. How to log suggestions.

so I tend to have odd hours and was wondering if anyone else is in the same boat.
I sleep from 8am to 5pm so how would you log food, as MY day or just when it changes don't change it. I've been logging it as 'yesterday' after midnight. :s

    You don't have to log foods in 24hr periods, the body doesn't overly care.

    I would log my food consistently each day at the time I eat it and it'll work itself out especially if you normally eat the same type of meals etc.

    You sleep 9 hours? That's amazing. Can't remember last time I slept that long!

    Just rename your meals to 4 hour time periods.

    I log from midnight to midnight. Also a night shifter.
