Hi! I am new and hoping someone can help me navigate through this. Here's a little background on me. I am about to turn 40, a mother of 4, married to an amazing man in the military. I have struggled with weight most My adult life. Constantly yo-yoing. My mom passed away suddenly last December of heart disease. I decoded it was time for me to get a check up and get healthy. I had a health scare and had to have surgery. The next step was for me to get control over my weight. I went to the doctor and was put on a meal plan and ultimately lost 40 pounds. Now I and trying to lose about 15 more and get better about working out. I am so afraid I am going to gain all the weight back.
Anyone have any advice on how to get the motivation to keep working out?

If you don't get many responses here, try putting something in the Fitness and Exercise board. You're bound to find folks to help there.1
