getting back on the wagon....

So I hit a plateau a few months ago and then I got sick and stopped watching my food intake and didn't/couldn't exercise for about 5 weeks. I've maintained my weight but I need to get back on the wagon and am really having trouble, especially with food, I've gone back to the gym (3 times this week and twice last week). Anyone got any ideas on how to re-motivate myself to eat better, I seem to be hungry and tired all the time.
