    Hi. I am a 46 year old mother of 5 (1 biological and 4 step) daughters and a grandmother to 4. I want to lose 75 to 100 pounds! I used MyFitnessPal a few years ago and lost around 30 pounds but put most of it back on. I am ready to make lifestyle changes and get healthier not only for my family but also for myself.     Love supporting and helping each other!

    I've been on my fitness journey for about 2 years now. I just joined a challenge and I'm getting back on track with counting my macros (starting today)

    ... the summer killed me! (Workouts were a struggle + patio weather was too nice to pass up)

    But I've found having the mindset of never giving up and dropping the negative self talk is what helps me most when the struggle is reallllll.
