In need of encouragement and accountability

I am almost 2 years into my journey of weight loss on MFP. I started at 194.4 and lost down to 168.0 in the first year with ease. Since December I actually reached 157 in March. At 5'7" I was so happy with this. But then the summer got really busy!! I work in Mongolia, and we had a lot of volunteer teams arrive and so it meant a lot of eating the local food (sheep and goat) and I gained the weight back, and am at 170.4 today :/ unfortunately it seems like everything I'm doing right now is not leading to weight loss - even though this was easy to me before and could use some more friends who are active on MFP to encourage me on my journey and give me tips. I'm going to America to visit my family in November, and I really want to reach my goals by then.
