Help!!

I'm not gonna lie I hate going to the gym I eat pretty good I've lost a good 42 pounds I'm doing a good job I keeping it off ! I think now I need some help on some good exercise I need to remove the flab I have hanging now I need tips specially for a woman !?? :p;)

    What do you enjoy? I prefer swimming/water calisthenics, home yoga, and a cheap rowing machine. The rowing is accimpanied by comedic podcast adventures like Welcome to Night Vale and Thrilling Adventure Hour.
    You can also look on Youtube for demo lessons and various types of workouts.

    Yep, find something you enjoy. Maybe it's working out with dumbbells at the gym or maybe a class. Or a TRX training system or hiking or aerial exercises. There are a ton of activities that you could try. Don't feel like you have to run or "lift heavy" or do plates if you don't like those activities. I always suggest doing some sort of resistance exercises but there are different methods for that.
