Belly fat

Does belly fat get minimal naturally with weight loss, especially if the weight loss is significant, such as 50 - 60 lbs? I am taking effort to do a lot of cardio and some strength training, and I still have 47 lbs to lose, but since I am not doing any specific core exercise, I am wondering if my weight loss from cardio will be capable of addressing the belly fat by themselves?

Nothing you do will target any certain area for weight loss. You will lose weight everywhere no matter what you do. Building muscle will change how your body looks and feels but will not burn fat faster in the areas of the muscles you target. Good luck with your goals!2

Fat loss comes from a calorie deficit, not from any specific exercises. And some places you lose last.0
