    At home:
    Coffee
    Green tea
"Liquid Water Enhancer" as Mio (near 0 calorie)
Almonds Milk (rare occasions of skim milk) in smoothies and cereals

I abandoned soda and even sparking water, due to their high acidity and its impact on the teeth.

I also struggled to no longer drink wine and beer on a regular basis. Just at social happenings.

    Every day -
    Coffee
    Water
    Protein Shake

Outside of that I don't really drink anything else except for the rare cocktail.

    Every Day:
    • Milk 2%
    • Water
    • Infused fruit water (usually lemon)

    At Least Twice a Week:
    • Herbal tea
    • Fruit based tea like Blueberry Bliss from Teavanna

Liquids don't count for many of my calories for the day. I try to keep my milk at half a cup a day unless I make milk tea.

[] Milk (what type?) - Mostly unsweetened almond milk, but I keep 1% on hand for certain things (like cereal)
[] Some other type of tea (please state what it is) - Unsweetened Tradewinds tea
[] Protein shake - I make protein shakes with almond milk and Trutein powder
[] Infused fruit water/sparkling water - This is my main source of hydration. I am pretty brand loyal to La Croix.
