Fast weight loss including meal and exercise plans

I keep changing my diet but never my workout plan and I'm starting to feel like my workout plan is starting to feel like a punishment. I normally love to exercise but I just now noticed that all the exercise I do is making me even more hungry and I tend to overeat. My parents are worried about me and they asked me to take a week off from my intense exercising and just do moderate exercise like walk my dog and try strength training. I really would like to lose like 10 pounds and excess body fat and build muscle. I can never seem to find the middle ground I need to lose weight. I have no idea how many calories I need and how much exercise I should do a day. Are there any good websites I can use to figure out my meal and workout plans? I don't want to eat like 1200 calories and feel hungry even if I don't exercise. I was thinking about eating 1500 a day and just doing moderate exercise to lose weight and once I have my week long break, I can try doing an hours work of intense cardio. If there are any tips I should follow, please let know, or even good websites I can look into that could help me because I struggle with my diet and exercise. I don't want exercising to feel like a punishment but I'm scared I will have to cut my intake low just so I can lose weight if I can't do my intense exercise. I'm so stressed that I have no idea what to do. I also crave things like sugar and high fat/carb foods. I hate having cravings and hope I can find an easier way to avoid temptations and stop the cravings so I can reach my goal. I want to fit better in my clothes and feel better about myself. Sorry for my ranting but I honestly don't know what to do. I would appreciate some good tips to follow and some good meal and workout plans. Thank You.

I think a really good idea would be for you to go back through all the advice you got on all your other threads. It won't change. Fast weight loss is going to feel like punishment because it is and your history says you should really seek help on your relationship with food, exercise, and your body.23

Stick your info into mfp for .5 lost and follow it.
Hours of cardio will never build muscle.
It sounds like your parents have some good advice and they love you so they have your best in mind. We usually can't see ourselves in a realistic light.3 -

When you were looking to lose 10 pounds in July 2016, people suggested you set your weight loss at a half pound per week. Here we are a year later and you are still looking to lose that 10 pounds. This year, why not try a half pound per week?
Just set that goal into MFP and eat those calories plus some, but not all, of your exercise calories.
Look, you don't want to start another thread July 2018, still looking to lose 10 pounds fast.13 -

I think your goal of losing 10 lbs is probably fine, depending on what your current weight is. It's the idea of doing it "fast" that you need to address. With so little to lose, it's not going to be fast. Just accept that. The time is going to pass anyway, so why not try something that will work better for you. Yes, .5/wk may not be the "quick" you're hoping for, but at least it's getting the train rolling. As the poster above said, you don't want to make the same post another year from now. At .5/wk, It gives you more calories to play with, and it doesn't mean as much cardio.
If you're looking to build muscle and lose fat, another suggestion would be to look into a weight lifting program like Strong Curves and doing a recomp. Cardio is not going to build any kind of significant muscle mass.1
