Hi, I have decided to give MFP a try again. I was successful when I began quite some time ago with MFP and then a friend has offered me to join WW and so I did. I dove in and was successful losing 50 lbs in a little over a year, the company decided to change the formula and I did not agree with the plan. I contained to try to loose my reaming weight but unfortunately I was slowing gaining the weight back, all while still paying for and not wanting to give up on the plan! After a much needed refection I noticed I have developed an unhealthy habit with food more so than I ever have. I was so focused on points, points ,points! And I I used to many I would just give up and derail myself for days ,weeks even months. I have decided that it is best for me to stop WW all together and rejoin MFP. Since then I have felt more at ease and not so stressed out about what I eat. I am looking for some support on here . Friend request me if you would like to join me in this journey.
